Soft, Melt in your Mouth, Peanut Buttery Goodness!
Is there anything better? This recipe is a long standing favorite in our home. The soft, melt in your mouth texture of these cookies is a departure from most homemade peanut butter cookies that I have tried. Many have either a very crunchy, crisp texture or a chewy but very flattened type of texture. These cookies are the best of all worlds. Crisp at the very edges, but soft, chewy and melt in your mouth thick bites of peanut butter goodness!
You can make these peanut butter delights yourself with the basic ingredients that you most likely already have in your pantry. If you would like to make them “extra peanutty”; simply use crunchy peanut butter for that extra peanut texture.
